Shipping Locations
We currently offer delivery to all pin codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping services.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent with the relevant details.
Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery time ranges from 3–8 business days, ensuring your products reach you efficiently and on time.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery, subject to verification and availability.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photographic proof. In cases where a shipment is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be initiated after verification with the courier partner.
